Check-in is any time between 1:00 - 8:00 pm, please call us if you are arriving after 8:00pm.
Check-out is by 11:00 am on your departure day.
We offer grass and hard-standing pitches, both with and without electric hook-up.
Facilities include fresh water points, a flushing toilet with sink, chemical disposal, on-site bins including recycling, and a dedicated dog walk area. BBQs are permitted but must be raised off the ground and fully extinguished.

There are no formal quiet hours, but we ask guests to be considerate of their neighbours, especially late in the evening.
Nearby attractions include RSPB Bempton Cliffs (3 miles), Flamborough (5 miles), Bridlington (5.5 miles) and Filey (6 miles).
No, WiFi is not available on-site, but there is good 5G coverage for those who wish to stay connected.
Yes, dogs are very welcome. Please keep them on a lead at all times, use the dedicated dog walking area, and clean up after them.
Advance booking is recommended, but walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
The final balance is due on arrival. Please contact us for accepted payment methods.
No membership is required. Everyone is welcome at Bungalow Farm.
If you need to cancel for a genuine reason, we will try to work with you to either return your deposit or move your booking to another date.
Farm vehicles and machinery are in use throughout the day.Please take care, especially with children, and stay within the campsite boundary unless using the dog walk or WC.
5mph speed limit on the site.
There is a flushing toilet with a sink available attached to the main bungalow, but no shower facilities on-site.
BBQs are welcome but must be raised off the ground and fully extinguished before you sleep or leave your pitch.
Please no open fits or firepits.
Activities include birdwatching at RSPB Bempton Cliffs, exploring Flamborough and it's lighthouse, and enjoying the seaside attractions at Bridlington and Filey.

Bungalow Farm is open from March to October (inclusive).
In case of an emergency, call 999 for emergency services. The nearest urgent treatment center is at Bridlington Hospital, and the nearest A&E is at Scarborough Hospital, 14 miles away.
Yes, Bempton village has a post office and corner shop that can deliver milk and newspapers. There are also pubs and restaurants in the nearby villages.
There is no minimum stay requirement; you are welcome to stay for as long as you like, subject to availability.

The site is suitable for touring caravans, motorhomes, tents, and trailer tents.
